"I have lived in supported living with Glenelg since 2016. I love living in my house with my two co-tenants who I get on with really well! I like living in supported living as I get to have my own independence and do the things I want to do. "

Quote By Andrew (Supported individual)

"I love the passion that I see on a daily basis. The individuals always come first, lives are changed and reputations become positive. Quietly behind the scenes staff are supported through difficult times in their lives. We laugh together and cry together."

Quote By Cath Morgan (Service Manager)

"All my staff are kind and funny and we always have so much fun all together. I have my own volunteering job with Clare’s House Charity, I love to try new things and go new places with my staff and co-tenants. I love going to the Glenelg Christmas Parties! "

Quote By Andrew (Supported individual)

"Placing a child in the care of someone else is one of the hardest things to do, especially if your child is vulnerable. My daughter has been under the care of Glenelg for many years and I have noticed a massive improvement since she has been there. She is now more independent, sociable and happier. Glenelg provide exceptional care and I can vouch for that first hand."

Quote By Liz (Parent)

"I feel about the support I have is they are an amazing bunch of people. Kind, polite, generous and I feel like have made brilliant friends. They need a trophy and a medal saying ‘the world’s best Support Workers and Team Leader’!"

Quote By Bethan (Supported individual)

"I have worked in health and social care now for over twenty years and I can honestly say Glenelg is the best company I have ever worked for. I love the fact the Director and all managers are aware of all the individual’s names and which service each individual lives in. I thoroughly enjoy every aspect of working at Glenelg. I feel very lucky to be part of such excellent company. "

Quote By Mandy (Service Manager)

"I like the people I live with, it's very laid back and chilled. I like my freedom to choose what I do. The support workers are all person centered depending on what the service user requires. I am very happy because I have brilliant support workers who help me. "

Quote By Nathan (Supported individual)

"The hardest thing in the world is to have to put someone you love in care, to feel they will be looked after with the same love as their family gives them; amazing, kind, honest caring support workers, but also knowing the people who run the organisation are themselves truly blessed with the highest values. Glenelg in my mind is this."

Quote By Dawn (Team Leader)

"Our two sons have been in the care of Glenelg for many years. They have a person-centred approach showing great respect for individual personalities. They have always met our sons personal support needs be it practical, medical or emotional. We hold Glenelg in the highest regard and respect."
